An experienced businessman of more than 30 years standing, Ivor Goodwin has been involved in the motorsports industry in a number of significant roles ­ driver, team owner and manufacturer, all based in part on his training as an automotive engineer.

Today, his enthusiasm for motorsports remains as great as ever, and he has developed a tremendous empathy with those involved at all levels. He holds several directorships and is a former branch Chairman of the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom.

With over 15 years of applicable management experience, including senior positions heading up personnel and training departments of both companies and teams, Michelle Prescott has worked within a diverse range of business sectors.

She was formerly Head of Personnel at WilliamsF1, where she set up the Personnel and Training Department, ensuring that managers' time was spent on what they do best: making the car go faster and winning races.

She prides herself on always providing an added value, one that supports a client's overall business objectives, and gives managers the help and resources they need to successfully grow a business. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

Since starting his career as a precision engineer, David Hollins has held various senior management positions throughout his career, including many years as a senior recruitment consultant. He is a founding director of Motorsport Executive.

His specialist recruitment and search skills have been honed over more than 20 years with a continued emphasis in high technology engineering fields. He has worked with many board-level clients to secure appointments to business critical positions.

An experience human resource professional of more than 14 years standing, Rhonda Hicks has a wealth of management experience, including senior director positions heading up personnel and training departments in corporations which including healthcare, Rhonda Hicks has worked within a diverse range of sectors.

Rhonda excels at assessing the needs of an organization; designing, planning and implementing training programs for managers, supervisors, leads and employees. She has also specialized in areas such as compliance, customer service, HIPAA, HR laws and regulations.

She prides herself on always providing an added value, one that supports a client's overall business objectives, and gives managers and executives the help and resources they need to successfully grow a business. She is a member of the Healthcare Human Resources Management Association of California (HHRMAC), the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).

Since starting his career as a mechanical engineer, Mike Collier has had over 20 years experience in international motorsport with significant roles throughout his career - manufacturing general manager, team manager, chief engineer and team owner. He was team manager of a sports car world championship winning team and as team owner assisted a driver in his career who later became a Formula One World Champion.
